Upper Bay Counseling: North Harford Middle School has counselors from Upper Bay that are able to come into NHMS and provide counseling services during the school day. This occurs when the students are physically here in school. Your school counselor can help get you connected or you can call their intake office at 410-996-3450. The number that is located on the back of your insurance card: On the back of your insurance card there may be a phone number next to the service titled mental health. This would be another way to locate counseling services.
